-most importrant to start with an old mountain bike frame...it needs to fit you because you will ride it everywhere

-the greenest and the easiest way for some hip and functional pedal clips are made from old bike tubes

-on your pedals there will be a places where you can wrap the tube so that it will hold your foot on the pedal

-make sure that you make them alot tighter that than they look....because they are rubber they will strech..
